Crimes against Humanity

The cynical and gratuitous brutality of the American Israel war machine knows no parallel in history. Last night's attack on Qana village in South Lebanon while Condoleezza Rice was drinking Champagne with Ehud Olmert in Jerusalem resulted in the deaths of over 30 babies, children and their mothers. This raid is a case in point. What does the Rice woman have to say and was that air strike a prelude to her proposed visit to Lebanon, a message to say that unless Lebanon submits to the impossible conditions imposed by the United States and Israel, the strike on Qana will be repeated on other villages.

We can assure the Rice woman that her conditions will be rejected and not only rejected but that she herself is not welcome in Lebanon. We have just been advised that her visit in Lebanon has been cancelled and that she herself will not be received by Prime Minister Fouad Siniora nor by Speaker Nabih Berri. And how right they are! Why should they receive that woman when her master has just sent a batch of 500 of the latest in American rockets to Israel?

As of 1967, this is the 7th war that Israel has waged on Lebanon, with no apparent benefit to Israel and no victory. We said it before and we will repeat : Israel cannot win its war on Lebanon unless it throws its whole army into the battle and suffers the casualties that would result. And even if it were to win such a war, can Israel sustain a lengthy occupation of Lebanon?

Having said that, we believe that President Bush should be tried by an International Tribunal for Crimes against Humanity. The trial of Saddam Hussein is a mockery when compared with the butchery which is taking place in Lebanon.

So much for your wizardry and (lack of) wisdom. Saddam Hussein, during his reign, murdered hundreds of thousands of Iraqi and Kurdish people, using torture and poison gas. Have we seen this magnitude of loss of human life in Lebanon so far? Not that I want to compare bodycounts, but dude, please: get a clue before you write bullsh*t like that.

Oh, and one more thing, before I forget:
What's wrong with sending Israel a batch of 500 of the latest in American rockets? Isn't Hezbollah receiving batches over batches over batches of the latest in Syrian and Iranian rockets?

Anon here mentioned some "facts". However, is he to scared to use his login?

1. As of Saddam's "play" (it is too pathetic to deserve the title "trial"), let's just say that this has nothing to do with his warcrimes. It is merely another media distraction trying to keep us away from things that truly matter. Moreover, I don't see Iraqis doing much better now that he's gone! They are killing each other!!! So please, spare us!

2. There is a HUGE difference between the cases of Hizb Allah and Israel. First of all, Hizb Allah is defending his country, he is not the aggressor. Second of all, Their rockets are no different than artillary shells (they are unguided). On the other hands, Israel deliberately and knowingly targets helpless civilians with weapons of very high precission. Thus handing them more of said weapons is literally the same as killing those civilians themselves.

Mr. "The One", why do you put the word facts in quotation marks? Facts are facts, and you may not like them, however, they're still facts. And my identity has no bearing whatsoever on this topic, so let's not get side-tracked here.

1. Saddam Hussein's trial does indeed have nothing to do with what's going on in Lebanon right now. Mr. Wizard of Beirut brought it up though, in attempt to muddy the waters. But let's not forget one thing: Iraqi civilians are currently not dieing at the hands of Americans or British, but as a result of their Arab brethren. I suppose you meant to say, it's ok if Saddam killed hundreds of thousands of Iraqis.

2. Hisballah are defending their country? Dude, they're not even Lebanese. Are they representatives of the Druze and the Christians in Lebanon? Of course they aren't. But they sure do know how to hide their rocket launchers and themselves among women and children, so when a Israeli bomb hits a building killing innocent civilians, the fingerpointing has no end. I suppose that's what you "brave" Jihadis call "Taqquiya" in your islamist warfare lingo.

I definately have no interest in turning this into a sparring of word. I just want to defend certain points, however.

1. When I talked about your discussion of Saddam's trial, I was saying it has nothing to do with HIS crimes. Meaning, its theoritcal value (the bringing of a warcriminal to justice, that is) is overshadowed by the US PR machine that it trying to distract the world's eyes from what their WAR machine is doing in other parts of the world. "But let's not forget one thing: Iraqi civilians are currently not dieing at the hands of Americans or British, but as a result of their Arab brethren."; did I not just say that? Finally, of course and naturally I do not think that what he did is OK or even justifiable. What I was saying is perhaps this is a natural tendancy in the Iraqi people (since they are doing it to each other today).

2. Broken Down:

- The decission that Hizb Allah is IN FACT defending their country is not yours or mine to make. All those NON-SHIITE parts of Lebanon's population you mentioned said YES to that question when they were asked (in a percentage that was in its minimum 80%) so your attempt to discredit this point is rather hopeless.

- Are you attempting to suggest that the "suspicion" that one or two enemy warriors are hiding behind a building makes it ok to kill 10 kids that live in that building?

- Your claim that this in fact happens came from were? Olmert or Peretz? Do you have any evidence? Speaking of which, I saw a couple of pics paraded by some pro-Zionist websites that are supposedly proving this. Yet here's what they showed: One shows an AAA mobile unit parked right beside a "civilian" building! Yet, that building included what was clearly a guardtower!! So much for civilian. The other shows a man who appears to be a warrior standing above a hill overlooking a town (we're talking a few kilometers away here). Apparantly, Zionists are desperately trying to make us believe their rubbish even over the net!

a major difference between the West and the Middle East is that if an extremist group in the US planned to attack Mexico or Canada on Friday the US would have them disarmed, disbanded and in custody before Wednesday.

The middle east should just be patient, there is a major movement to undo the dependence on foreign oil, and as that grows the Middle East will have less and less value to the western world. at that time you will be able to go back to killing each other. What in the world do think would happen if these extremist groups won. I mean no more infidels total sucess? do you believe they would lay down their arms, and celebrate world peace? no they would start killing their own for being too tall, or too short, too dark or too fair skinned, the arab world needs to wake up and reign in these mad dogs that keep getting your people killed. In America we will try to vote bad leaders out of power, not the perfect answer but at least we try to control our maniacs

Who is being killed by the insurgents in Iraq? Iraq's own people are dying in the name of the same crap that Hamas and Hez-eboli are spewing.

Qana:
If you look on the net, you can find videos showing launchers shooting from Qana. Google it.
Last night everyone saw rockets launcher shooting from Tyre to Haifa.
The number of victims is 28, check the numbers (Red Cross).

"Second of all, Their rockets are no different than artillary shells (they are unguided)." Therefore, by all conventions, they commit a war crime when shoot it into populated areas. Check Human Rights Watch website (btw, the kidnapping of two soldiers with the intent of prisoners exchange is also a war crime, see the same site).

To: The United Nations General Assembly
The brutal bombings and invasion of Lebanon and Gaza are acts of Israeli state terrorism. The U.S. invasion and occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq, and the present U.S.-Israeli threat to Syria and Iran indicate their ruthless struggle for hegemony in the oil-rich Middle East, which would escalate into a global war.

At least 900 people have been killed in Lebanon, more than one-third children, and 3,000 wounded. The number of refugees in Lebanon has already exceeded one million. Whole residential areas, roads, bridges, ports, power stations, factories and other infra-structure have been destroyed by Israeli precision bombing. Lebanon’s economic and infrastructure damage tops $2.5B as of 4 August 2006.

In Gaza hundreds have been killed. Homes, greenhouses, bridges, water and sewerage treatment plants and electricity generators have been destroyed in the latest acts of Israeli genocide sadistically code-named ‘Operation Summer Rain,’ which began on 27 June 2006. Israel continues its brutal air strikes on the Gaza Strip almost daily.

Israel must be prosecuted immediately for its war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide against the Peoples of Lebanon and Palestine to stop the war escalating into a global catastrophe. Frances A. Boyle, Professor of Law, University of Illinois, has asserted the legal framework for The United Nations General Assembly to immediately establish an International Criminal Tribunal for Israel (ICTI).

“The United Nations General Assembly must immediately establish an International Criminal Tribunal for Israel (ICTI) as a ‘subsidiary organ’ under U.N. Charter Article 22. The ICTI would be organized along the lines of the International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia (ICTY), which was established by the Security Council.

“The purpose of the ICTI would be to investigate and prosecute Israeli war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide against the Peoples of Lebanon and Palestine--just as the ICTY did for the victims of international crimes committed by Serbia and the Milosevic Regime throughout the Balkans.

“The establishment of ICTI would provide some small degree of justice to the victims of Israeli war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide against the Peoples of Lebanon and Palestine--just as the ICTY has done in the Balkans. Furthermore, the establishment of ICTI by the U.N. General Assembly would serve as a deterrent effect upon Israeli leaders such as Prime Minister Olmert, Defense Minister Peretz, Chief of Staff Halutz and Israel’s other top generals that they will be prosecuted for their further infliction of international crimes upon the Lebanese and the Palestinians.

“Without such a deterrent, Israel might be emboldened to attack Syria with the full support of the Likhudnik Bush Jr. Neoconservatives, who have always viewed Syria as ‘low-hanging fruit’ ready to be taken out by means of their joint aggression.

“The Israeli press has just reported that the Bush Jr administration is encouraging Israel to attack Syria. If Israel attacks Syria as it did when it invaded Lebanon in 1982, Iran has vowed to come to Syria’s defense.

“And of course Israel and the Bush Jr administration very much want a pretext to attack Iran. This scenario could readily degenerate into World War III.

“For the U.N. General Assembly to establish ICTI could stop the further development of this momentum towards a regional if not global catastrophe.”

We, the undersigned, demand that The United Nations General Assembly immediately establish an International Criminal Tribunal for Israel (ICTI) as a ‘subsidiary organ’ under U.N. Charter Article 22 to prosecute the Israeli Prime Minister Olmert, Defense Minister Peretz, Chief of Staff Halutz and Israel’s other top generals and war criminals for their infliction of international war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide against the Peoples of Lebanon and Palestine.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned

You reject GOD and you reject peace. You do not know GOD because if you did you would embrace him. Instead you continue to kill, maim and deny him tht created you. You embraced satan and his lie given to you from the father of lies ....Satan. Truly ask that GOD would reveal to you his nature and wait upon the word.
